Through a series of blogger links we stumbled onto the amazing Allan Smith blog (my lucky day). I think running is stupid.
Just kidding. I'm training for my 5th marathon in August and am also doing the Dam 1/2 in a couple weeks. If you are seriously going up to Rexburg for this elite event - let me know, it would be fun to catch up.
